Sydney ! Singapour ! Foxstream au top de la recherche internationale, est invité à participer à 2 conférences internationales AVSS2006 et ICARCV 2006, l'une à Sydney, l'autre à Singapour.
L'activité recherche est de puis la création de Foxstream une priorité. FoxVigi, le produit phare de la socité, reste ainsi un produit innovant profitant des dernières découvertes du monde de la recherche, afin de répondre au mieux aux nombreuses demandes de nos clients.
Cette activité recherche de Foxstream vient d'être doublement reconnu au niveau international
Foxstream a en effet été invité à présenter un papier lors de la conférence internationale IEEE AVSS 2006 (International Conference on Advanced Video and Signal Based Surveillance). Cette conférence a lieu cette année à Sydney du 22 au 24 novembre 2006.
Foxstream y présente un papier, dont le titre est : "Human Body Part Labeling and Tracking Using Graph Matching Theory".
Foxstream est également invité à présenter ses travaux lors de la conférence internationale IEEE ICARCV 2006 (International Conference on Control, Automation, Robotics, and Vision). Cette conférence a lieu cette année à Singapoure du 5 au 8 décembre 2006.
Foxstream y présente un papier, dont le titre est : "A HHMM Based Approach for robust fall detection".
Ces travaux sont le résultat d'un travail de recherche au sein de la société Fostream en partenariat avec le laboratoire CNRS Liris. L'invitation par la conférence IEEE AVSS et ICARCV est le témoignage pour les équipes Foxstream de l'excellence des travaux réalisés, et de la capacité de l'équipe Foxstream à rester au plus haut niveau de la recherche mondiale.
AVSS is the IEEE conference series on video and signal based surveillance. It welcomes contributions in traditional disciplines such as image processing, video processing, signal processing, audio processing, pattern recognition, and computer vision, but also gives unique emphasis to cross-disciplinary and visionary papers. AVSS targets participation from the worlds of research, industry, and relevant government agencies, offering them the opportunity to meet and foster collaboration. This conference series was started in 1998 in Genoa. Following meetings held in Kingston, UK, in 2001, Miami in 2003 and Como, Italy, in 2005 have seen increasing levels of participation and have established AVSS as a forum of reference for the field. AVSS 2006 will be held in Sydney, a beautiful and vibrant city boasting one of the most spectacular harbours in the world.
Inaugurated in 1990, ICARCV is a biennial event and has proven to be a premium forum where researchers, professionals and engineers in the area of Control, Automation, Robotics and Vision meet to interact and exchange the latest theoretical and experimental results in these four areas.
